Project Accountant

H&H Systems and Design, Inc. is a 35 year-old design build firm specializing in medical facilities. We have completed over 500 projects nationwide from Catheterization Labs and MRI upgrades to 20,000; 40,000; and 60,000 square foot imaging centers and medical office buildings.

We have been experiencing steady growth over the last decade and are looking for experienced professionals to lead a Project Team. This position is our in-house accounting component of our design-build team. Our teams include the Project Manager, Project Architect and Designer, Project Superintendent, and Project Accountant. We have a national reputation for on-time and on-budget projects and need additional team members committed to delivering the same.

Position Requirements:

Our Project Accountants -

• Manage, process, and bill Accounts Receivable for assigned projects.
• Manage, process, and pay Accounts Payable for assigned projects.
• Process and key expense reports for team members of assigned projects.
• Key, monitor, and adjust General Ledger and Job Cost entries as necessary. Take ownership of job cost.
• Oversee and be familiar with financial status of assigned projects. “Preserve Integrity of Financial Reporting”.
