Project Architect

H&H Systems and Design, Inc. is a 35 year-old design build firm specializing in medical facilities. We have completed over 500 projects nationwide from Catheterization Labs and MRI upgrades to 20,000; 40,000; and 60,000 square foot imaging centers and medical office buildings.

We have been experiencing steady growth over the last decade and are looking for experienced Architects to design new projects for our customers. This position is the in-house design component of our design-build team. Our teams include the Project Manager, Project Architect,Project Designer, Project Superintendent, and Project Accountant. We have a national reputation for on-time and on-budget projects and need additional team members committed to delivering the same.

Position Requirements:

Our Project Architects –

• Have between five and twenty years of design experience for medical facilities. Our Architects have specific experience with diagnostic imaging and treatment facilities both free-standing and suites within hospitals and clinics.
• Prefer the design-build approach to the more traditional design-bid-build approach. Our Architects enjoy the benefits of working on the Project Team and contribute to the goal of delivering projects "on-time and on-budget".
• Reside in the Louisville, KY area or desired to come back to the Louisville area to live. This position operates from our Southern Indiana / Louisville metro office.
• Are proficient in translating an owner’s desires into a practical design.
• Create documents that minimize RFIs. Our Architects respond quickly to ensure progress and minimize errors.
