Project Designer

H&H Systems and Design, Inc. is a 35 year-old design build firm specializing in medical facilities. We have completed over 500 projects nationwide from Catheterization Labs and MRI upgrades to 20,000; 40,000; and 60,000 square foot imaging centers and medical office buildings.

We have been experiencing steady growth over the last decade and are looking for experienced professionals to lead a Project Team. This position is the in-house design component of our design-build team. Our teams include the Project Manager, Project Architect and Designer, Project Superintendent, and Project Accountant. We have a national reputation for on-time and on-budget projects and need additional team members committed to delivering the same.

Position Requirements:

Our Project Designers -

• Create complete and accurate documents via AutoCad.
• Monitor Time-Budget for design for each Project.
• Plan daily and weekly workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain Project flat files.
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation. Input and maintain submittal logs via Primavera Expedition.
