Project Manager

H&H Systems and Design, Inc. is a 35 year-old design build firm specializing in medical facilities. We have completed over 500 projects nationwide from Catheterization Labs and MRI upgrades to 20,000; 40,000; and 60,000 square foot imaging centers and medical office buildings.

We have been experiencing steady growth over the last decade and are looking for experienced professionals to lead a Project Team. This position is the in-house "Captain" component of our design-build team. Our teams include the Project Manager, Project Architect and Designer, Project Superintendent, and Project Accountant. We have a national reputation for on-time and on-budget projects and need additional team members committed to delivering the same.

Position Requirements:

Our Project Managers -

• Captain the HHSD team, drive the budget and the schedule, as well as ensure customer expectations are met.
• Manage multiple projects through effective organization, clear communication, and positive motivation.
• Effectively use Primavera Expedition to manage the financial and contractual elements of each project and keep information up to date on a daily basis.
• Have been operating at the "best practices" level for at least 5 years and have at least 5 years of experience in medical facilities construction.
• Have solid understanding in each of the divisions of construction. Have specific expertise in at least 3 divisions.
• Have solid experience using PC applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, email, and MS Project. Experience using some type of Project Tracking software is required. Proficiency in Primavera Expedition is a plus.
• Accurately estimate new projects and develop proposals that reflect the desires of the customer.
