Project Superintendent

H&H Systems and Design, Inc. is a 35 year-old design build firm specializing in medical facilities. We have completed over 500 projects nationwide from Catheterization Labs and MRI upgrades to 20,000; 40,000; and 60,000 square foot imaging centers and medical office buildings.

We have been experiencing steady growth over the last decade and are looking for experienced professionals to represent our interests on site. This position is the on-site component of our design-build team. Our teams include the Project Manager, Project Architect and Designer, Project Superintendent, and Project Accountant. We have a national reputation for on-time and on-budget projects and need additional team members committed to delivering the same.

Position Requirements:

Our Project Superintendents -

• Move from site to site. We pay living expenses and travel and provide a per diem. Our projects last from 6 weeks to 6 months and some up to a year. Travel home for Project Superintendents is budgeted for every other weekend. Our projects can be located in any state in the continental United States. We currently have projects in Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, Indiana, and Florida.
• Have experience in medical facilities and are keenly aware of the special concerns, both technical and social, that are integral to construction inside medical facilities. Experience with MRIs, CTs, PET, Cyclotrons, R&F, and Cath Labs a plus.
• Have a solid understanding of the project scope and know precisely what each contractor is responsible for and when that work needs to be complete. Our Project Superintendents are passionate about Productivity, Profitability, Quality, and Safety.
• Communicate with our Project Team through Laptops, Digital Photography, Email, Voicemail, and effective review meetings. Daily Reports are thorough, accurate, and completed DAILY.
• Are on-site leaders who PLAN effectively and communicate DIRECTLY so that the project gets done on time and changes are kept to a minimum.
• Provide feedback on design documents and keep the construction documents clearly up to date as the projects progress.
