In March 2006, Dr.
Steven Nokes, a partner of Conway Radiology Consultants was asked to
comment on the performance of HHSD.
"The best evidence I can give you is that I'm involved with the hospital
and we're doing simultaneous imaging projects. If it wasn't for HHSD,
there is no way I could do two projects at the same time. The hospital
said that their facility would be open "absolutely, positively" in
January. The opening date is now projected for April. With HHSD, they
gave me a start date and it has always remained the same. Glenn (project
superintendent) handles everything and everything comes in on time or
even beats the schedule."
